Model 502 uses the same 15 μm aluminum foil as Model 501 while increasing the nominal total tape thickness to 50 μm. Total thickness excludes the release liner.

Acrylic Adhesive
Water-based and solvent-based acrylic systems are regular production options selected according to the bonding surface and service requirement.
Release Liner
Release paper is the standard liner. Release film is used only for selected requirements.
Service Temperature
The applicable temperature range is confirmed after the acrylic adhesive system and complete tape construction have been selected.
Roll Format
Widths, roll lengths, cores and packaging can be supplied to suit purchasing and production requirements.
