Coating
The foil enters the coating line so the selected acrylic adhesive system can be applied as part of the controlled converting process.

Post-coating rewinding
Converted material is rewound into a stable jumbo-roll format for the next production stage and further inspection.

Precision slitting
Jumbo rolls are slit into the confirmed widths, allowing regular models to be supplied in customer-specific roll formats.

Length conversion
Operators rewind material to the required roll length and prepare each format for final handling and packaging.

Automatic packaging
Finished tape rolls receive protective film before final order preparation, helping keep them clean through handling and shipment.
Reinforced constructions
When foil becomes a composite.
Aluminum foil can be laminated with fiberglass cloth before adhesive and release liner converting. These photographs show the material stages without assigning the pictured batch to an unconfirmed finished specification.
